No. Unlike open AI, ChatbotAmico only answers using the data you provided in your Admin Area. If it doesn't know the answer, it triggers a lead-capture form instead of guessing.

Copy your script from 'Get Script'. In WordPress, use a 'Header/Footer' plugin. In Shopify, paste it into your theme.liquid just before </body>.

You will be notified to upgrade. Existing intents will remain active, but you won't be able to add new ones until you move to the Pro or Enterprise tier.
