1. Service Overview: ChatbotAmico provides AI chatbot hosting and management. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI responses, that's why you can review your questions and answers and make them 100% accurate.

2. User Responsibility: You must have the right to scrape the URLs you provide. You are responsible for the content your chatbot provides.

3. Payments & Refunds: Subscriptions are billed annually or via 3-year deals. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Reseller Program: Commission is earned on successful paid referrals. We reserve the right to audit and revoke reseller status for fraudulent activity.

5. Free Tier Usage: Our free chatbot service is provided "as-is". We reserve the right to remove any free chatbot instance immediately if suspicious activity or abuse of our systems is detected.

6. Expiration: Free chatbots will expire after one month from the date of creation. To maintain the free service, users must Log in monthly to keep the free chatbot active.

7. Service Discontinuation: We reserve the right to discontinue the free tier service at our discretion. In such an event, you will be allowed to use your chatbot until the end of your current term, at which point you may choose to upgrade to a paid tier or discontinue use.

8. Limitations: Free accounts are subject to lower keyword limits and reduced feature sets compared to paid tiers.
